Artisend (“we” or “us”) respects your privacy and we are committed to securing the information you provide to us. Artisend will not sell, rent, lease, or disclose member information to third parties unless required to by law or unless you provide consent to such a disclosure. What Information Do We Collect?

Children

Artisend is not meant for the use of children under 13. We do not solicit or knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.

Important Note:

You can choose how you wish to be identified on the site with regard to your images, galleries, comments and elsewhere on the site. If you choose to use your real name (or identify yourself as part of your "nickname") that information is publicly displayed on Artisend. Therefore, please be careful of how you are identified on the site.

How Do We Use Personal Information?

You can stop us from sending you promotional information by following the instructions on the email you receive to unsubscribe. You may also sign into your account and uncheck the Send me news and updates from Artisend.com box.

Publicly posted information

If you register as a member of Artisend and make comments, please remember that anything you post is publicly available. The user name you have chosen during the sign-in process is visible to all users of the site. Your user account shows certain statistics regarding your use of Artisend, such as the date you became a member, how long ago you last visited the site, the comments you have posted, the cards you have sent and who you sent them to. Artisend can not control, and is not responsible for, any information or content that you have exposed to the public through your use of the Artisend.

Changes and updates

This privacy policy may be updated when our services change and expand. When we update this policy, we will notify you by sending a notice to the email address specified in your account or by posting a notice of on the Artisend site. Unless otherwise provided, the revised terms will take effect on the date they are posted. Once such changes become effective, your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of the new Privacy policy.
